Third Parties With Whom We Share the Categories of Personal Information Collected

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. However, we may share any information we receive with vendors, service providers, and business partners that we use to help us provide and improve our services. We may aggregate and anonymize data collected through our services and Site and use and share such information with our business partners, services providers, affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, Vilya and the Site do not recognize DNT.

Third Party Sites

This Privacy Policy does not cover, supersede or affect the terms of any policy or agreement between you and any third party (such as third party credit card processors, Facebook, LinkedIn, our partners, advertisers, vendors or other third parties who appear on the Site or who link to or from the Site and other parties with whom you share personal information) (“Third Party Sites”). If you choose to do business with or provide personal information to such Third Party Sites, you do so entirely at your own risk and we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these Third Party Sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the Site and welcome any feedback about these Third Party Sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Vilya has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time, and we will post the current version on the Site. Your continued relationship with us after the posting or notice of any amended Privacy Policy will constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Any changes to this Privacy Policy take effect immediately after being posted or otherwise provided by us.

Vilya is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
